Weight Loss and Maintainance over the Holidays
Most of our BonVie clients like to stay on Phase One of the Ideal Protein protocol over the holidays as it gives structure and a plan to follow during what can be weeks of food-eating chaos.
On the other hand, some clients decide that a “maintenance plan” over the season is necessary or desirable given all the special occasions, family visits, entertaining and social events. For those that do, we like to support them with a specific Maintenance Plan which allows them to indulge in their favorite foods (in moderation) while Not regaining any of their precious lost weight. The goal is to maintain – not gain over these final few weeks of the year.
