Santa Monica Green Protein Smoothie
A Filling, Delicious, Vegetable Filled Start to your Day
Are you challenged to "eat your veggies" like I am? I just simply don't have the time every day to shop, chop, prepare and actually sit down and eat my 4 cups of low glycemic vegetables. Here is my quick and easy solution!

Ingredients:
A Combination of:
2-3 cups fresh or frozen baby spinach or kale
Or add as part of your 2-3 cups, any of your other selected veggies like cucumber or frozen broccoli, as desired
Flavorings such as a small dollop of Organic Garden crushed ginger or lemongrass, or fresh herbs such as mint or lemongrass, or spices such as cinnamon or nutmeg are optional to give it more zip
Any flavor of Ideal Protein shake packet or Ready to Go shake with water and ice to desired thickness – keep it on the thin side, rather than gloopy.
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a “NutriBullet” blender or similar blending machine until smooth. Enjoy!
