Low Carbohydrate - Optimal Protein

Carbohydrates are at a bare minimum to keep the body in "fat-burning” mode. And as some healthy fat is required by the body each day, ample essential fatty acids are included. You will eat four cups of non-starchy vegetables and unlimited greens throughout the day for fiber and nutrients, and 8 oz of your own lean protein. With all this food, our dieters do not feel hungry!

Proper Micro-Nutrient Balance

Supplements include Multi-vitamin, Calcium-magnesium, Omega3’s, Potassium, and sea salt to ensure proper micro-nutrient and electrolyte balance. Enzymes or Branched Chain Amino Acids may be added to accelerate fat burning. The BCAA's have proven to be very effective in reducing muscle burn during the fat loss phase of the program.

These are the basic building blocks of muscle tissue and muscle grows by stringing together amino acids and forming more protein. The process is called muscle protein synthesis. BCAAs stimulate the protein synthesis process.
