EAT VEGETABLES: By loading your plate with nutritionally dense, low-glycemic index vegetables you’ll feel full longer and satisfied – and much less likely to reach for those sugary temptations.
UP YOUR PROTEIN: increasing your healthy and low-fat natural protein each day will make you feel satiated for longer periods of time – and boost your energy and brain power.
