Fall is in the air! Isn’t this a good time to turn over a new leaf and recommit to your weight loss and wellness goals?

We receive frequent inquiries at this time of year from men and women asking how to lose weight. They’ll ask, “Should I wait until after the holidays?” The answer is No. And here are three good reasons why.

  1. There will always be “something” to stall, postpone, or deviate from a weight loss or exercise program. It’s a better idea to get going on a strong plan before the holidays so you are armed with a strong program and tips to help you not gain weight even on the most challenging food days.   2. Remember Thanksgiving dinner is just one meal. Satisfying your indulgence does not need to be the entire day, the entire week, or months of the holiday season
